A 70 km / h on highways Milan

You used to walk the Milan ring roads circling the streets or extra-urban expressways? Be careful, because shortly come into force the new anti-pollution rules enacted by the Province of Milan, which include lowering the speed limit from 90 to 70 mph. On the other hand, however, next Sunday, February 13, there will be blocking traffic in the city and we will be free to move.

The new speed limit would come into force from next Tuesday and ends around April, or turn off the heaters when the condominiums. The main concerns are the levels of PM 10 in the limit of which was passed yesterday, and thus arrive at the 28th day in a row. The province had proposed the adoption of alternate plates, but rejected by the common solution to the mouth of the Deputy Mayor Riccardo De Corato recalled how in 2005, the year of application of the number plate, the levels are decreased by only 2 percentage points.

It takes so much more, but what? Continuing to propose outlandish solutions such as lowering the speed limit? A car is slower for a longer road, and then emitting harmful gases for longer than a car faster. The number plate has never produced the desired results, as well as the much-discussed Ecopass.
