ADAC: Diesel just 9.9 cents cheaper than gasoline

The price differential between diesel and gasoline has fallen below ten cents because the price of diesel has risen over the past week by 1.7 cents to an average of 1.374 € per liter. This diesel has reached a level not seen since the fall of 2008, the ADAC said. The price of premium gasoline (E5) grew within a week by 0.6 cents and currently costs € 1.473 in federal funds.

This is the price differential between petrol and diesel has fallen again and is just 9.9 cents. This is irritating especially for diesel drivers, since their fuel per liter of about 22 cents less tax is collected.
