Lancia Flavia Concept: Towards the Future

Chrysler has already said goodbye to Europe, to make room for the Spear. We know that there will be 300 instead of the Thema and the Grand Voyager will be marked with the symbol of the Italian House. And the 200? With this, the average American should arrive in the Old Continent as Lancia Flavia, of which we can see today the first official photos waiting for his debut at the Geneva Motor Show as a concept yet.

The Flavia comes in both sedan and convertible (with soft top), as does the American sister Chrysler 200. As for the new Lancia Thema, derived from the Chrysler 300, the exterior changes very little and is characterized by a slightly different grille and badge Lancia set up at the top. The name recalls the legendary Model 60 and wants to present itself as a viable alternative to the "usual" Audi A4, BMW 3 Series and Mercedes C-Class.

Inside (well soundproofed thanks to laminated windshield and windows and new sound-absorbing materials) Lancia ensure the presence of fine leather and a rich standard equipment consists of the electronic stability control (ESC), several airbags (front multi-stage, side and window-bags), electronic traction control and steering wheel with integrated controls through which you can manage radio, cruise control and telephone.

No news on price and engine, nor the marketing, though the press release says that the production could start within six months.
