During the meeting at Palazzo Chigi in recent days between Fiat and the government has announced a major investment that directly affects the brand Maserati. The ex-factory Bertone in Grugliasco, will soon be converted to accommodate the production of a new model of the Trident, after an investment of 600 million euro.
This additional financial support goes out to pair with 1.3 billion allocated to Mirafiori, and has not been programmed to one of the models built today in Modena. The historic home Maserati will naturally active, and a new plant in Grugliasco will in all likelihood the assembly of the new sedan segment E, the so-called "baby Quattroporte" waiting for next year.
