Mazda MX-5 Special Edition arriving in the U.S. market

The Mazda MX-5 Special Edition with sports suspension to exit the Australian market is also coming in the American dealerships. The new Mazda MX-5 will be produced in only 750 units and will have a list price of $ 30,925 for the manual transmission, about € 22,700, $ 31,525 for the Sport AT automatic transmission with six grafts, € 23,100.

Prices much more competitive than the Australian market, therefore, where the new MX-5 has been sold at $ 47,800, about 35,000 €. The Mazda MX-5 Special Edition is designed on a Grand Touring model with the retractable hardtop and features two new colors, Sparkling Black Mica and the Dolphin Gray Mica.

The interior of the new Mazda MX-5 have heated seats in gray leather, aluminum pedals and new suspension with Bilstein shocks and a limited slip differential (LSD). Under the hood of the new Mazda MX-5 Special Edition include a 2.0 naturally aspirated four-cylinder 167 hp. Not yet know the date of the launch of the MX-5 Special Edition on the U.S.

market but most likely will debut during the show in Chicago this week in the program.
