Mazda MX-5 starts ice racing in Sweden

Mazda opened its racing season again this year to below the Arctic Circle in Swedish ice. The Japanese manufacturer invited racing fans for the four-day event from today until Thursday 24 February 2011, according to the Aare race on studded tires. Participants from 26 nations will be there first complete two training sessions.

After a qualifying race starts. The winner is the team that has managed, after four hours the most laps. (Ampnet / Sm)
