The new Mercedes front-drive platform will give rise to a compact SUV, the future adversary of the Audi Q3 and BMW X1. Autocar will provide a first graphic reconstruction, indicating that the trade name is GLC. This car, faithful to the canons of style by BlueZERO, will be equipped with the new 1.8 turbo petrol engine versions from 170 hp (200 GLC CGI) and 204 hp (GLC 250 CGI) in addition to the 2.1 diesel 170 hp (200 GLC CDI) and 204 hp (GLC 250 CDI).
According to the British magazine will also be offered a new 1.6 diesel 120 bhp developed in collaboration with Renault-Nissan (GLC 180 CDI). Will then be available for a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
