Nissan Concept Esflow: a sports lithium

In the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show (3-13 March), Nissan will present an interesting show car called Esflow that combines the characteristics and qualities of two very different cars: the Nissan Leaf, designed for peaceful power compact urban movements and the Nissan 370Z, a thrilling performance coupe and the unquestioned charm.

The fact Esflow adopt a mechanical zero emission characterized by two electric motors placed at the center of the rear axle and able to drive independently positioned behind each of the two wheels, while the car body - curvy and original - is a sport by very small changes, with two bucket seats and a long muscular bonnet.

To realize the line of Esflow Concept, the Japanese designers started from a blank to not limit their creativity. The composite body of the car it has a light blue color that matches perfectly with the soft, enveloping the car, such as the four wheel arches that house generous large alloy wheels with carbon fiber inserts.

The side view shows the changes marked by very low long hood that ends at the beginning of the passenger placed almost on the rear windscreen of the car and wrapped in a single element that covers the side windows. Last hallmark of the original project is represented by the projectors of the form "L", especially the front ones are equipped with LED lights that reflect the color of the external livery, while the rear side has opted for two miniature cameras.

Particular attention has been paid for the cabin which features futuristic interior adorned with precious materials such as leather and suede blue with electric systems that automatically adjust the seats, steering wheel and pedals, and all commands of the car can be controlled and adjusted through three LCD.

As noted above, the Nissan Esflow has a rear wheel drive powered by two electric motors that use lithium-ion batteries "borrowed" from Nissan Leaf, according to the manufacturer to guarantee it a range of 240 km Japanese . Thanks to the independent distribution of power and torque on the two rear wheels, the car accelerates without too much trouble from 0 to 100 km / h in just 5 seconds, all without uttering a single gram of CO2 in the air.
