To celebrate 70 years of legendary Jeep brand, a global icon of SUVs, the American manufacturer has organized an entire weekend dedicated to lovers of off-road hard and pure. It can discover and share with other fans of the genre, the talents and capabilities of unstoppable 4x4 Yankees. The appointment was set on 19 and 20 February at the Mirafiori Motor Village, where you can experience the unusual step of challenging and fun test drive and you will know more about the entire Jeep range.
Saturday, February 19 from 10 to 18 (inclusive of lunch, refreshments from 13 to 15) you can test - on the trail that runs along the course Tazzoli - the range of cars including Jeep Wrangler, Patriot, Cherokee, Grand Cherokee. On the track, 2.8 km long and features two dishes of different slope, people can discuss different types of circuit including a linear city, in an up and down on rough terrain and in the end the most challenging with pins along the curve sloping 36 degrees.
Participants will test the abilities of Jeep vehicles, both on normal routes, similar to "urban", appreciating the gifts of comfort offered by cars, both on and off-road much more difficult for people and vehicles. The tests are divided into two laps of the track where an instructor will alternate in the first cross-country vehicle of the Italian Federation that will show the participants the right way to tackle the trails with ease, while the second round will involve driving the individual participants, accompanied by the instructor, so you can always be corrected and recommended by an expert guide.
All performances will be captured by a webcam and can be seen by viewers on a large screen installed inside the Jeep showroom. Sunday, February 20, the Mirafiori Motor Village will host a large gathering of all the "Jeepers" who want to show the public their cars outside the building. They waited more than 80 Jeeps of all ages and most extravagant feature of the accessories and details that will participate in a "non-competitive race" that will reward the older car, the crew that comes from further away, the youngest and most Jeeper elderly and many other participants.
The winners will be distributed accessories, gadgets and clothing, all rigorously signed Jeep. To participate in the meeting must register on the appropriate site on the web, while bookings for the test drive you can make on the spot.
