Price increase in fuel stops

The price increase in fuel has stopped earlier this year. As the monthly ADAC-evaluation of the fuel prices of branded service stations and outdoor displays stations, premium gasoline cost in January on average 1.480 € per liter. Even with diesel, there was further development. On average, motorists had to pay in January, 1.325 € per liter - more than in any other month last year.

Both varieties were 4.1 cents (gasoline) or 16 cents from the previous record of 2008 removed. Most expensive Tanktag of the month was 14 January. Of a liter of premium fuel, motorists had to pay 1.517 €. A liter of diesel cost on this day, on average 1.364 €. The preferred drivers of petrol came on 31 January it than a liter of super cost 1.443 €.

Diesel drivers tanked, however, on 10 January at € 1.293 at the lowest cost. According to the ADAC recent soaring fuel prices is due mainly to the increase in oil prices. So the price of a barrel of Brent crude is currently only slightly below the mark of 100 dollars. However, additional price increases in the petroleum industry were responsible for the level.
