The new Mini Rocketman Concept is presented in detail in these videos, after the first official photos released yesterday. The videos allow us to observe details of external and internal, but also to appreciate the opening of the doors and the luggage compartment, divided into 2 parts with a lower section and a sliding rear window that extends toward the center of the roof.
Particular attention was paid to the use of lighting inside and outside, interacting with the multimedia system board. The Rocketman concept represents a return to origins, in fact the dimensions are very similar to the original Mini, with a length of 3.4 meters and a living space 3 +1.
The architectural space frame is made of carbon fiber instead of the daughter of our times and reduces the total mass while still providing the highest levels of safety and fuel economy: while not widespread data on the mechanics, Mini says the car can touch a consumer average of 3 l/100 km.
The concept is expected at the Geneva Motor Show, but has already made a first ever debut at Fashion Week in Milan.
