According to the latest data published by Anfia (National Association of the Automotive Industry) in January sales were down a total of 1, 1% over the same period in 2010, reaching 1.072 million cars. Male in particular the performance achieved by our country: -20.7%.

Worse than that we only Spain took home a -23.5%. A little 'more moderate decline in the UK at an altitude of -11.5%. Other music for Germany which posted a 16.5% with 211k new cars registered, followed by France (+8.2%) with 185mila cars, and the Netherlands (+20%) with 75 thousand units.

Flying countries like Lithuania and Estonia (+126% and +118%), while the absolute performance of Greece is more negative (-63%). In our country, in particular, Fiat reported a -20.1% decline due to the lack of incentives on vehicles with low environmental impact that they had instead supported the sales of the Italian group in January.

In January, Fiat Automobiles has registered 80 thousand cars, amounting to 7.5% market share of 9.2% against the previous year. Fiat, however, the same goes well beyond national borders. In France, for example, sales grew by 11.4%, but also in Holland, with a plus of 73.8%.
