The Court of Cassation - the 5317 ruling - has set the release from seizure of so-called "T-red," those devices that automatically detect the passage of vehicles with the red and had been seized as a result of manifest errors of assessment, mistakes that had led to the seizure by the court and subsequent appeals, the court of rain Peace of motorists fined in this way.
