Chrysler: The headquarters will be in the U.S.?

The strategy of the manager provides for the refinancing of Abruzzo debt contracted by Chrysler with the U.S. government, the acquisition of a majority (51%) and the subsequent listing of the Chrysler brand to Wall Street. This last step, as pointed out by Richard Palmer Chief Financial Officer of Chrysler, can not be implemented until the end of a couple of quarters handy.

Upon completion of the merger (not before the next 2-3 years), Marchionne may transfer the seat of the newborn group from Turin to making Detroit a wholly legitimate and even desirable if the group has the ambition to become a player world.
