You got the official confirmation that many fans were dreaming, MG, British sports brand (currently controlled by a Chinese company), will return on the market and will do so with a gritty new car called TF. The fans must be patient but, in fact, to see the MG brand new car, the new TF precisely, it will take at least two years, also the TF will be fully defined and designed in England.
Guy Jones, Head of Sales and Marketing MG said that a brand like MG's dire need of a real sport in it, so as soon as the new range will reach a certain financial stability in the UK, will launch on the market its MG sports car. In MG, however, do not leak anything about this new sports car, it now prefers to keep the spotlight on the upcoming debut in late 2011, the new MG MG 3 and 6, which obviously will see the first sales in England.
Rumours say that the new sporty MG brand, the new TF, is already under development, with over 200 engineers employed in the project and apparently, according to rumors, that the TF should keep the rear wheel drive, but with an engine no longer Central to the purpose of cost containment.
