Pagani Huayra the name could be "Da Vinci"

Horacio Pagani has revealed in an interview with Autoblog. com. ar unusual detail about the genesis of the Pagani Huayra. Horacio was in fact wanted to call the new sports "Da Vinci", but a previous constraint on the rights he was unable to proceed and it was decided to use the initials Huayra, linked to two very different meanings: one is the name of the wind-language Quechua, the other a citation Argentina Heriberto Pronello eponymous prototype, developed in collaboration with Ford in 1969.

Pagani has also confirmed the birth of a Roadster version in 2014 and especially the great interest already hatched inside the Huayra: 60 orders were collected in 3 weeks already, and many other customers are interested in the car, powered by a 6.0 V12 biturbo made Mercedes and capable of more than 700 bhp and 1000 Nm
