From 2012 Skoda will expand the range by introducing two new cars, including the utilitarian alter-ego of the Volkswagen up!. This is confirmed by the chief executive Winfried Vahland, stating that the compact segment will be launched both in Europe and in Asia in 2011 and will help the Czech brand to achieve by 2018 the target of one million eight hundred thousand cars a year.
This car will debut the new logo also presented during the Geneva Motor Show. In 2012 we will then turn to a two-volume sedan positioned between the Fabia and Octavia, probably derived from the concept car VisionD.
