China: around two bumper cars

Really weird this "picture of the day" the Telegraph. In Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China, the policemen who were checking the monitor local traffic they caught a man red-handed while driving on the street, not one, but two bumper cars. Sitting on the edge of the cars, each with two feet on the gas pedal, proceeded to create a bit 'of turmoil.

Warned colleagues in the area, the latter were able to stop it. As an excuse man has only been able to say that it was the cheapest way to move the two cars at another amusement park. Mr. Zhang added then that it was the first time I did, and that she knew was illegal. Already imagine the expressions of those who have just read the defense of Mr.

Zhang but be careful, because the best is yet to come. The police found that Chinese law for the bumper cars are not classified as motor vehicles, so it can circulate. So far so clear. But the law does not say how China should be punished any infringement of bumper cars on public roads.

So? No fine, but only a verbal warning: "Do not do it anymore." At this point, doubt that Mr. Zhang knows the longer than it would make you believe ... it is almost a certainty. In the picture above, the two bumper cars stopped by the police. Note the tents, one of which is also seen in the image of the closed circuit TV, a sign that Zhang should not have come a long way ...
