E-moving: electric cars Renault grow

He continued in Milan and Brescia on the E-moving, the result of the trial between Renault and the utility A2A Lombard on electric mobility. The company that supplies electricity to several million people in the Lombard Alps and the manufacturer have put onto the new charging points and two new Kangoo ZE, for use primarily in the two cities.

The A2A, in fact, will essentially double the number of columns to charge zero emissions, so that will rise to 270, 200 and 70 in the capital city of the lion. Renault, however, will provide a total of 45 Kangoo ZE and ZE Fluence DI15, to be allocated to public and private companies and individuals.

Of these, 20 were allocated to 40 in Milan and Brescia. The objective of the partnership is to understand the strengths and drawbacks of this kind of mobility that, on paper, it could solve some problems related to pollution. It will be also assessed the positioning of the charging stations, easy access for maintenance vehicles and commercial solutions most appropriate to develop the product in Italy.

The Kangoo is a van Electric Commercial 4.2 meters long, capable of loading up to 650 kg of goods and driven by an electric motor of 60 hp. The Fluence is a sedan instead of 4.75 meters in length, with 95 bhp engine and torque of 226 Nm Both cars fitted with lithium-ion batteries and have a range of about 160 km.

With an RFID identification card supplied with each vehicle, the customer can recharge your energy, without restriction at all the A2A network of charging stations installed on the public highways or at the address specified by the user. Under the programs, the Renault electric car should be marketed on a large room in 2011.
