The Lexus Racing Team Gazoo Racing is preparing intensively for the fourth consecutive appearance in the CAA in the 24-hour race at the Nurburgring before. In the prelude to the VLN Cup 2011 on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife, the 58 ADAC Westfalenfahrt entered, modified for the new season racing version of the LFA for the first time in a competition.
Even before the 24-hour race celebrates the sports car's market launch in Germany. In those days the first cars will be delivered to German customers. The LFA since December 2010 in Japan produced a limited edition of 500 units and is already sold out. Among the technical highlights in addition to the designed maximum speed ability and electrifying sound V10-cylinder engine is among the most lightweight, high strength chassis made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).
The standard car costs 375 000 euro including VAT.
