In the coming days Kia dealers in Spain will begin to receive the first units of the new Picanto, a completely restored model was presented at the last Geneva Motor Show. The new Kia Picanto is upon us, and comes with a new grille that is already characteristic of other top brand models, combined with a large grille opening and a generous light clusters, and its sportier front.
It also grows in size, with longer wheelbase, which allows more space for passengers and a larger boot capacity. As for the equipment, is expanded with additional details on the various versions and for the engines are more powerful, yet they offer lower consumption and emissions. The range of Kia's new creation will be available in four versions called Basic, Concept, Drive and Emotion.
The first three are associated with a new gasoline engine three cylinders and a liter of engine capacity of 69 hp, while the Emotion will be sold exclusively with the 1.2, 85 hp engine, both manual gearbox with five speeds. Despite this increase in power, we are talking about other more efficient than the former, reducing both the cost of the fuel as exhaust emissions.
Combined consumption varies from 4.2 to 1.0 liter engine and 4.5 liters per hundred kilometers in 1.2. As far as equipment is concerned, all models of the new range Picanto offer six standard airbags, ABS + EBS systems + BAS, power steering, multifunction computer, central locking, electric windows front and ISOFIX anchorage system.
The Picanto Emotion air conditioning is standard, optical LED, light-alloy wheels, bluetooth or steering wheel controls. As for the warranty, the range has seven years. The new Kia Picanto for sale will first car with five doors and four months later with three-door body.
