The Peugeot SXC will be presented to the Shanghai Motor Show 21 to 28 April 2011 and could not be otherwise since the acronym stands for Shanghai SXC Cross Concept. Peugeot concept car, as we can already see from the picture, is a car that was created to unite the ride quality of a crossover, with the raised seat and spacious cabin, with the elegance of a saloon car.
The Peugeot SXC is 4.87 meters long and just over 2 meters wide, while its height, typical of a crossover, will be 1.61 meters. Aggressive is the front where the mask immediately catch the eye and the long horizontal bar with LED lights. Details are opening doors to simplify the entrance to the locker and the panoramic roof divided into two parts, not to mention the headlights with LED boomerang pattern.
Inside seems to be in a spaceship, with a super-technological equipment and the dashboard covered with leather is home to more screens, which displays all the necessary information. The Peugeot SXC will be equipped with a hybrid, ie a petrol engine supercharged 1.6-liter THP 218 hp and maximum torque of 300 Nm, which gives power to the front wheels, while the rear set in motion by a motor electric 95 hp, so the total power of 313 horses is of SXC.
A bit 'the autonomy of poor single electric mobility, 12.5 km, but demand stood at 5.8 litres/100 km and CO2 emissions by about 143 g / km.
