Volvo unveils the hall of the Shanghai Universe Concept, prototype luxury sedan that gives a nod to the rich Chinese market and anticipates the new top of the range of Scandinavian manufacturer. The designer wants to blend tradition with innovation and, of course, the front will discuss unusual for its volume, while the tapered tail and a low roof are connected to the range of sedans, coupes so fashionable in recent years.
The Concept is based Universe sull'inedita structure SPA - Scalable Platform Architecture, a platform in the future will also be used for other mid-range models. The interiors are linked to the style "minimalist" in the last Volvo models, with more hi-tech touches such as the integration of an iPad in the center console, mostly for rear passengers.
