Volvo CEO Stefan Jacoby has denied a willingness to establish a new flagship, the S80 more luxurious and refined. "Our medium and long term plans do not provide a high-end sedan. Before entering the segment F we must consolidate our 'core business', that is smaller than the cars. " With these words, gathered by AutomotiveNews, Jacoby has therefore suggested that the new style introduced by Concept Universe will not be used by a brand new product range but will be refunded in the future, starting from the next-generation S80.
