In recent years, perhaps thanks to the many restrictive rules that have been introduced as legislation on alcohol and introduction of the tutor on the highways, accidents have decreased in Italy. It must be said that this positive trend, however, is not the same everywhere, in fact, in Lombardy from 2009 to 2010 increased by 1, 31% with the exception of Milan.
However, this reduction of road accidents also applies to the two wheels of the data has often scary and looks like a real plague to our society.
