Mini Coup: The official list starts at € 23,400

A few days since the release of the first photos that depict a partially disguised mule, Mini has released today the prices of the new Mini Coupe, pending that the public can touch it up close in the autumn, when the Anglo-German two-seater will be one of the main attractions of Frankfurt. The range of the new car has four sets, offered from € 23,400 needed for the Cooper version, up to € 33,150 to the John Cooper Works sports, which with its 1.6 Twin-Scroll with 211 hp and 260 Nm Peak torque is at the top of the offer, both for performance, which saw a maximum speed of 240 km / h and a sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.4 seconds, both for the budget that promises to be full.

In between the two versions just mentioned there is the Mini Cooper S Coupe, with a list price amounted to € 27,750, and SD Cooper with its 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine, 143 hp and 305 Nm of torque, available from from € 28,750. For all the versions available and the price premium over the sedan is around 3000 so the €, an amount justified by a much more sporty line that does not affect the spirit of traditional British brand, which is added to the guarantee of a respectable performance and driving pleasure at the height of fame, with its typical effect that "go-kart" in this release should be amplified by a better weight distribution and some aerodynamic devices dedicated as the new mobile rear spoiler that can automatically activate as soon as you exceed the speed of 80 km / h.
