A few days after the publication of the first official pictures, BMW has released the list price of the new BMW 1 Series on the Italian market. The second generation of the compact premium Bavarian manufacturer will be offered initially with 5 engines divided into three grades, with prices ranging from 26,800 to 33,850 €.
The two volumes of the House renewed the helix occurs in our country with two petrol and three diesel engines: the first two named the 116th and 118th, both are equipped with the new 1.6-liter turbo declined in power from 135 to 170 hp. The diesel-powered versions are the 116d, 118d and 120d equipped by the powerful 2.0-liter turbodiesel divided in steps of power of 115 hp, 143 hp and 184 hp.
All motors are available with three trim levels: base, Sport and Urban (the latter two are available at the same price), for a total of 15 versions. The range of the new BMW 1 Series opens with the 116th and then offered to € 26,800, followed by the 116th or construction Urban Sport € 28,950.
A step above the 118th to find 28,900 € 30,050 with outfits that become urban and sports. The diesel versions start from the 116d 27,750, rising to € 29,800 for the Sport version and Urban, 118d from 29,500 € (31,650 sports and urban), and the 120d to € 31,700 (33,850 urban and sport). Summing up, the prices are quite high Bavarian compact novel - despite the company trademark and technical content - whereas the price is higher than € 2,000 compared to the previous version and that direct competition has lower prices of a few thousand euro.
