Paul Pietsch Classic: Mercedes-Benz Classic Car Rally supports

A legend is 100 years old: Paul Pietsch, racers and publisher, is celebrating on 20 June 2011 this rare milestone birthday. Motor Presse Stuttgart honors its founder for the occasion with a star-studded classic car rally and reliability test, which results in two daily stages of Freiburg in the Black Forest to Stuttgart.

Mercedes-Benz supports the "Paul Pietsch Classic" as a premium partner. The high-profile starting field gathered on 17 June for scrutineering at the Mercedes-Benz branch in Freiburg, where the cars on 18 June at 8.30 clock and roll over the start ramp. The aim of the "Paul Pietsch Classic" is on the afternoon of 19 June, the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart.

In honor of Grand Prix legend Paul Pietsch go for the Mercedes-Benz racing colleagues Hans Herrmann, Jochen Mass, Dieter Glemser, Bernd Schneider at the start.
