We'll see at the next Frankfurt Motor Show scheduled for September 13 to 25. To kill time, however, but also to increase attention to this model, Mercedes has released a series of technical details on the Mercedes B-Class 2012. And the news is certainly no shortage since the second generation of compact medium debut new engines both petrol and diesel.

During launch a 1.6-liter gasoline come from 122 (for B180) and 156 horses (B200) can develop a maximum torque of 200 and 250 Nm respectively As for diesel engines will be 1.8 (instead of the previous 2 liters) B180 and B200 for Cdi Cdi with outputs of 109 hp and 250 Nm of torque and 136 hp (300 Nm).

Only later we will see a new diesel engine at 2.1 liters, equipped with a 2,000 cc diesel turbo boost, and even a hybrid version of a racing version with the AMG package. The other big news is the debut of a new automatic transmission will replace the "passed" CVT, and that will build nothing less than a double clutch in oil bath (abbreviation 7G-DCT).

A transmission "premium" if we saw that until now has been used on cars such as SLS AMG. As for the design of the images revealed how it will be stolen. The measures also may explain a lot.
