Long overdue, the Fiat 500 EasyPower dual fuel petrol / LPG market debut in February with the preparations Pop and Lounge, respectively in price to 13,250 and € 15,050, 1,500 more than its monofuel. For both the engine chosen for the "conversion" is the 69 bhp 1.2 Bi-fuel already used by Panda and Fiat Powertrain to be amended to protect the engine from the lower lubricity of the gas and optimize the operation of LPG.
As with other models EasyPower (Panda, Idea, Punto, Punto and Bravo Evo), updated to the latest European standards Euro 5 emission, the toroidal tank is located in place of the spare wheel, replaced by a quick repair kit tire. Compared to version monofuel, 500 LPG gasoline consumption has slightly higher (5.1 instead of 4.8 l/100 km) and a demand for gas of 6.6 l/100 km which should ensure a good time (not communicated the capacity of the tanks).
Falling well as emissions of CO2, now of 106 grams / km against 113 of the 1.2 "normal."
