The new i40 is the Korean house for the new concept of modern premium quality features accessible to all. This is the first developed specifi average for the European market with a range of engines, equipment and technology designed for European tastes. The project started in Research and Development Center in Rüsselsheim in Germany: i40 keeps the front grille flanked by the typical hexagonal shape of the headlights that look like two jewels.
The look is accentuated by strong character lines that run with a smooth evolution from the front to rear. First-class equipment with even the heated seats and reclining, heated steering wheel and a sophisticated system to automatically avoid fogging of the glass. With the 1.7-liter diesel engine i40 emits 113 g / km of CO2, a reference value in the segment that demonstrates the commitment of the House in developing an environmentally friendly technology.
For this it is assumed that Hyundai could also includes a hybrid version. Together with the i40 will debut in Europe at the Geneva Motor Show and also the Veloster coupe concept Curb.
