Spyker confirmed at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, sale to English CPP Global Holdings Ltd and the return to full activity after the complex operation to rescue Saab. The CEO Victor Muller has ensured that Spyker will be driving until a new figure will not be detected, continuing the work of developing models and brands.
The C8 Aileron will in fact be over by April and orders already collected will allow to produce cars until at least 2012: the production site in Coventry assemble the new model, while C8 Spyder and C8 Laviolette will be assembled in the Netherlands. Just in 2012 the Spyker Squadron will return to racing with a racing version of the C8 Aileron, according to new regulations GTE.
The car is also designed to be sold to private teams and will also be considered a cheaper option GT3.
