By next week the Fiom (Metalworkers Federation employees) will present at the court of Turin, an action on the agreements signed in 2010 by Fiat and four unions (FIM-CISL, Fismic, Uilm and Uglm) for plants Pomigliano and Mirafiori. The news was reported by a note of the union and confirmed by the Secretary General Mauritius Landini in a speech during a meeting convened with workers at the factory in Pomigliano d'Arco, at the last two days of shooting production at the plant.
Recourse to the courts is necessary "to nullify the effects of the Fiat Mirafiori and Pomigliano plants, which is an attempt to erase and overcome the national contract, the right to collective bargaining at the factory," Landini said.
