Mercedes A Class Concept: the first official video

Revolutionary. The only adjective to define the next Mercedes A-Class is "revolutionary." The Concept A Class, a small prototype that anticipates the future of the Star, not a comma in common with the minivan on the market, either in material terms, nor on the conceptual level: the new creature in Stuttgart will be dynamic, sporty and seductive where the model is betting everything on today's versatility and roominess.

Mercedes, which today released the official photos of concept car, for the world premiere at the Shanghai Auto Show, also released the first two videos for this attractive three-door. "The first heartbeat of a new generation" is defined as the Concept A Class in the first of two movies.

In fact, what appears to one of the most innovative Mercedes of recent years will give rise to a whole series of new models. On its new platform MFA (Mercedes Front-drive Architecture), birth-among other new Class-B, a small SUV and a sedan-coupe that will play in the flowing lines of the CLS scale.

To inspire the hand of Gorden Wagener in tracing the lines of the prototype, have been "the wind and waves." Even from the technical point of view, the concept intended for the Chinese motor show will be radically innovative: the engine of the prototype, which will then be one of those Class A standard is a modern 2.0-turbo direct injection 210 hp.

The unit, designed to develop broad performance, will equip its most powerful incarnation of the infamous A-Class AMG.
