A builder of Southern California has adapted to the bumper cars and turn them into mini car driving with license plate so the "golden rule", as dubbed by the Americans. So he bought for a few dollars, has removed the 2-cylinder engine weblog Harley Davidson and has a more reliable and less noisy 4-cylinder engine with Honda or Kawasaki, 750 cubic centimeters, changing the wheels and adjusting the suspension and brakes.
Now these cars on the roads of San Diego, the hot cities of southern California, where Mr. Wright lives. The benefits are unknown: we only know that one of them, perhaps the lightest, has reached 160 miles per hour, equivalent to over 250 km / h. An incredible rate, not only for the freeway in the United States but also for any street in the world.
