Volvo S60 and V60 now in stores
The Volvo S60 and V60 Drive Drive are now at the German dealers. They have an average consumption of 4.4 and 4.5 liters per 100 kilometers and CO2 levels of 114 or 119 grams per kilometer. The prices for the Drive versions start at 27 950 Euro (S60) or 28 950 Euro (V60). With the launch of the economic drive versions, the Swedish premium brand underlines its competence in the production of powerful and highly efficient engines.

Volvo is preparing for entry-level WTCC
Volvo starts this weekend (19-20 March 2011.) Season opener of the WTCC in Curitiba, Brazil in a preparatory season for the World Touring Car Championship 2012th the new season. Geneva 2011th Volvo V60 diesel plug-in
At the Geneva Motor Show in Geneva (3 to 13 March 2011) Volvo presents the world premiere of the Volvo V60 diesel plug-in hybrid that is already on the market in 2012. Geneva 2011: Volvo V60 shows a diesel plug-in hybrid
Volvo will show at the Motor Show in Geneva (1.-3.13.2011) the V60 as a plug-in hybrid with a diesel engine. The vehicle is a standard consumption of just 1.9 liters per 100 kilometers and have emit 49 grams of CO2 per kilometer. The launch is planned for 2012. The Volvo V60 diesel plug-in hybrid was made in cooperation with the energy supplier Vattenfall.
The front wheels are driven by a modified five-cylinder D5 turbo diesel with 2.4 liters, which provides 158 kW / 215 hp and a maximum torque of 440 Newton meters. At the rear axle, an electric motor operates at 51 kW / 70 hp, which draws its strength from a strong 12 kWh lithium ion battery unit.
