Citroën DS5: SUV-coupe forms for the new French

As we anticipated in mid-March, the Citroën DS5 will be presented as a prototype for the now imminent Shanghai Motor Show to be held during the month of April. The model, which will introduce daring and original forms, should be characterized by a height comparable to that of an SUV and a very distinctive tapered pavilion in connection with the rear window.

The news that Chinese Citroën will bring to the event (scheduled for April 21 to 28) is already followed in September by the number of its transposition: the final DS5, it seems almost certain, will preswentata at Frankfurt, as always, will be held in September. Characterized by a five-door body, the new crossover will debut for the French double chevron diesel hybrid engine launched the 3008 HYbrid4, unit that combines the 2.0 HDi with 163 hp to a 37 hp electric motor mounted at the rear, which so go to give birth to a four wheel drive system very interesting from a technical standpoint.
