Bmw i: incoming 3 Series and 5 Series electric?

In an interview with AutoExpress, Ian Robertson confirmed that the ecological range, "the BMW" could accept in the future electric versions of BMW models. If so we might have in the future 3 Series and 5 Series ActiveHybrid "simply" hybrid, is not excluded the possibility to see also all-electric versions of sedans, perhaps using the technology currently being studied with the Active, derived from the 1 Series Coupe, Robertson i3 announced the i8 and are the two extremes of the range, among whom there is definitely room for cars with the BMW brand "i".
