Chrysler: still doubtful about the headquarters

Most likely not happen if the merger between Chrysler and Fiat headquarters of the Chrysler group will be moved to the United States. The seat most of all seems to be the one chosen by CEO Marchionne is Detroit, but this occurs so that there will be specific conditions. First of all, the refinancing of debt incurred by Chrysler with the U.S.

government, then the acquisition of majority stake in Chrysler and the end of the quotation mark on Wall Street. Only after the completion of the merger and after you check the above conditions can be transferred from Turin headquarters in Detroit. Probably the one to whom we run is a group with multiple heads, each of which focuses on the market in countries where it operates.
