Federalism: Regional superbubbles for the SUV?

The spectrum of the superbubbles for SUVs and powerful cars back again to hover between the owners of cars more expensive and powerful. The issue is closely linked to fiscal federalism and the Regions, at its discretion, may rely on it. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your point of view, it seems that the proposal is one of the few on which the majority in the government and opposition agree.
