The Range Rover has been designated as Evoque Car Design of the Year 2011. This is the first international prize after buying up British awards. The jury that awarded the Range Rover was formed from both Evoque designer of cars from directors of design departments of major industries worldwide. The strength of the Range Rover Evoque was to have changed little, very little indeed, compared to its prototype.
Lines and stylistic themes of Evoque are in fact almost identical to those of the prototype, which had so impressed, and the roof and beltline are combined in the muscular tail. Very interesting also the headlights, horizontally and developed with unprecedented proportions, which make the headlights look almost like small cracks.
The fact that the Range Rover's unique style has been fully transmitted to a car of limited size meant that the judges have opted for the British SUV. You can see the Range Rover Evoque the Geneva Motor Show, which will close Sunday. The starting price is € 35 thousand and marketing in Europe is planned for next summer.
