The future Land Rover Defender, as we see from the image of Autocar, is already in planning. Rumor future Defender should appear on the market in 2015 but in concept car version will be ready as early as 2013. The new off-road part of the project with two new features: the participation of new owners who will invest in the Tata project and a new platform.

The Land Rover Defender, although last year they were sold only 18,000, is a very important model because it represents a useful off-road, with no frills and has before it a growing market. This is due mainly to increased demand from emerging markets off-road, and then the Land Rover is keen to regain ground against other companies, like Toyota.

Land Rover Freelander: 250,000 units produced

The Land Rover Freelander 2 has reached the production number of 250,000. The last one was released by English Halewood plant. The Freelander 2 has begun to be produced in 2007 and in recent years the demand has grown more and more to the boom last year with a +22%. The car that did achieve this goal area has a 2.2-liter engine TD4 and Fuji color is White.

In 2010, the Land Rover suffered a mild restyling which mainly affects the front and the introduction of a production front-wheel drive. The motors are available on the Freelander TD4 150 hp from 190 hp and SD4, while the front-wheel drive version only CO2 emissions are limited to 158 g / km.

Range Rover 2011: Luxury Sport Limited Edition

The Land Rover has developed an edition limitada Luxury version of its Range Rover Sport. The Ranger Rover Sport Luxury Limited Edition will be made with the colors of the body in white, black and bronze, with specific details for the same. The 20-inch alloy wheels and front grille have a different design than simple sports edition.

The budget of the Limited Edition includes sunroof, heated steering crown and leather upholstery. Inside the Range Rover Sport Luxury Limited Edition are also the Hi-Fi Harman - Kardon speakers and subwoofer with 13. This special exhibition will be available only on model 3.0-liter V6 and 245 horsepower, and its price is around € 110,000 and it is not safe to come out outside the Dutch market.

The new Range Rover Evoque wins Car Design of the Year 2011

The Range Rover has been designated as Evoque Car Design of the Year 2011. This is the first international prize after buying up British awards. The jury that awarded the Range Rover was formed from both Evoque designer of cars from directors of design departments of major industries worldwide. The strength of the Range Rover Evoque was to have changed little, very little indeed, compared to its prototype.

Geneva Motor Show 2011: Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition

So many new things will present at the Geneva Motor Show which opens to the public March 3 to 13 next year. In the stand there is the Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition, a special series that presents some special equipment and aesthetic details that are added to the personality of off road.

The Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition will be produced in only 500 units and will have 20-inch alloy wheels, an armoire with a minibar located in place of the center seat, two iPad behind the headrest of the front seats, leather upholstery and teak wood in the trunk. The engines in the Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition is the 4.4 turbo diesel and 5.0 petrol 313 hp supercharged 510 horsepower.

We found the site autoblog. with a new generation of spy photos of the Land Rover Range Rover. The restyling of the Range Rover should not enter the market before 2013 and, as you can see from the photo below, the camouflage is still rather heavy and difficult to understand the actions of the Land Rover engineers.
