The news, recently circulated among the experts, also provides some interesting details. This model will be the Cygnet and should make his debut only in 2013, ie two years after launching the gasoline version.
The car, the first of the English utilitarian, will be a long 299 cm wide, 168 cm high and 150 and, from a technical standpoint, you should use a mechanical configuration similar to that of the Toyota iQ EV. According to reports, in fact, Cygnet will be equipped with a 64 hp electric motor and a battery capable of storing up to 11 KWh, rechargeable in about 4 hours.
The result is compared with a range of 105 km, a maximum speed of 130 km / h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 14 seconds. As you can easily guess, the price of Cygnet will be quite high for a "town", in line with the list Aston Martin, they speak of a figure of around € 39,000.
