The engineers and builders of the Opel seem to have opted for the replacement of the Astra TwinTop Astra with a convertible, which will have a classic soft-top roof. The German company then chooses a type of convertible coming back to its origins with the canopy fabric, such as the Golf Cabriolet. Apparently with the Eos hardtop not have any heir, even though the new Opel Astra Cabrio will use the same platform as the sedan and will be produced in Gliwice plant in Poland.
