Toyota reaches the social network for hybrid cars

Toyota, in partnership with Salesforce. com and Microsoft will make available a nuovosistema social networking on its electric and hybrid cars from 2012. Its spread will be the first in Japan, then in the USA and finally Europe. To complete this program, Toyota and Salesforce. with respectively 442 and have invested 223 million yen.

The idea is to keep in touch anywhere, anytime, the owners of Toyota cars, first among them and their car, then between the different owners in a sort of Facebook-brand (but in this case is called "Toyota's friend" ) and finally with service operators such as dealers, repair shops, service stations and other facilities in the meantime join the initiative.
