The most disturbing statistic does not cover costs, but the lack of provision to support them. A study by the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) reveals that 20% of motorists aged between 17 and 22 years driving his car without any type of insurance by refusing to pay a fee for many British households has become untenable.
Provide insurance cover to their child costs an average of 546 pounds (630 euro) per month for a total of £ 5,957 (€ 6,885) a year. 20% of the "wicked" then added a 41% driving a car insured with the name of a parent, a practice (called "fronting") is illegal and subject to compensation insurance.
The surge in costs is due to the almost mirror increase in accidents caused by neo-licensed, since 20% is the victim of an accident within the first six months of obtaining the license.
