The head of traffic police Venezuelan Luis Fernandez in recent days has called a press conference to announce the first ever suspension of license was registered in South America, in obedience to a law introduced in 2008 and have never been used as over-gooders of the authorities. Victim of this measure is Ramon Parra, 41 year-old bus driver, three alleged irregularities which are: speeding, too many passengers on board and the absence of a rear wheel of the four planned.
