Mini: the first spy photos of the third generation

The third generation of the Mini will be launched in 2013 and BMW will use the new front-wheel drive platform, called UKL. This framework will be larger than the present and future will then be allocated to the lower segment of Bavaria. The first spy photos of the Mini-III did not provide any hints about the style, even if it is fetched to imagine an "involvement" of Rocketman Concept: The headlights will have an oval shape and will climb on the wheel arches, roof and rear window will remain vertical and the front will have a "mouth" wide open instead of a simple frame.

The interior of the forklift are still provisional, especially in the positioning of the speedometer / instrument panel that will remain central. They are part of the camouflage also cross cuts along the side in the middle of the back window because it is not a door-style Clubman but a simple "patch" to align the body to the size of the platform.

Still impossible to draw the engine range, also made by future three-cylinder unit.
