Porsche has opened a microsite dedicated to the new 911 GT3 RS 4.0, where in addition to publishing new images (which reveal a brand new black livery), also provides many additional data than those in the press release. We learn then that the boxer from 3996 cubic cm, capable of 500 hp at 8250 rpm and 460 Nm of torque is equipped with dry-sump lubrication system, Varioram with dual variable valve timing and active engine mounts.

Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0
This is the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0, the swan song of the 997 GT3 in its most extreme form. Inspired by the GT3 RSR racing, shares with you the scope to limit displacement of the 4-liter, due to the absence of regulatory restrictions, the power of 500 hp road touches share, strictly in conjunction with manual transmission.
The photo spread shows MotorAuthority network from a special white livery with white alloy wheels and roll bar of the same color, while a silver strip with red borders along the entire car. The chassis is derived from the already extreme GT3 RS, while other changes were introduced in aerodynamics, as shown in the appendices el'alettone front tail.
