Sluggish sales of the Fiat 500 in the U.S.: Laura Soave, head of the Fiat brand to the North American market, has announced that the Italian small car "could not" reach the sales target of 50,000 units for 2011. This should have been, officially, the delay that occurred last spring in the opening of the dealers selected for the marketing model.
The Soave has also made it clear that without these issues the commercial objectives would be achieved definitely. The Soave has also announced that the activities of marketing and advertising related to the model will be intensified during the year while dealers specialize in selling model will increase from 100 to 130.
